"Traditional from the outside but modern inside. Also very close to the centre. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. If I am being picky the pillows were not comfortable but otherwise perfect for our 2 night stay."

"Ideally located within this small village. Staff were very friendly and we were able to park a few hundred yards up the road. The restaurant was lovely and we had a great breakfast. We stayed in a suite/family room. It was clean and a great space, but very dated and could do wuth a refresh. Felt like it was in the 80s. But that said we had a good stay and would go back."

The owners of the property were also very helpful and professional with everything explained before our trip. "We are currently on a road trip in Germany and this was our first night. We had been travelling for many, many hours and needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was great. The location was simply stunning. The room was comfortable and tidy. Also a very nice size. The balcony let you have a lovely view of the lake. Check in was superb and very efficient. The breakfast was good with a great selection. There isn’t a lot around the hotel (there is a little shop/bar opposite), so be prepared for this....
