We had an amazing stay. The views were absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect space for our family. Beds were comfortable. Only downfall was that construction was going on with the towers but it didn't impact our stay or the unit.

Destin was a great place for my teenagers 19,17,& 14. They had plenty of things to do , beautiful view from the condo , we will definitely be back .

Breathtaking Views----The Dolphins were so entertaining as we had our morning coffee
Wow, if we were any closer to the beach, we would have been in the water. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.....mark us down for a return trip.

Vacation with the Grands
Excellent condo, steps away from the private beach. Had 2 grandsons 3 and 2 year old, the hurricane doors, windows allowed access to outside and could be closed and locked to ensure safety. Close to everything!!

The BEST views in Destin!!!!
We very much enjoyed our nine day stay here. The views were amazing. It is in a great location. We had easy access to a grocery and target. Everything else was close by. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We look forward for to renting this property in the future.

Beautiful view, but the balcony was flooded due to construction. Looks like a short walk to the beach but because of the way beach access is set up, it's quite a walk around the building before you can access beach. Overall a nice stay.

The Perfect Rental
We spent 5/21-26 at this property and we could not have asked for more. The view was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, and the overall experience was our best ever. If this condo is available to rent for the time frame you are looking, book it before it is gone. I hope we can come back here in the future.

Great family trip.
The property is going under a major construction so there are contractors everywhere. The contractors are very respectful of the patrons . I would have liked to have been told of the construction prior to our reservations.

This condo on the beach was just what we were looking for and more. Just as advertised!
We could not have been happier with this condo. We were 4 friends spending 10 days doing nothing but relaxing on the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin. Our view from the top floor was spectacular and the weather was near perfect. Needless to say, we spent most of our time on the beach or just enjoying the view from our balcony. Cooked and ate in most days because no one wanted to leave even though the the condo is located close to everything you would need. Would definitely stay again!

Best Condo in the Building
The view is truly amazing. The condo is beautiful. Fully equipped and very clean. The balcony can be closed from the elements and the unit will cool it so on the days when it’s really hot, you can sit in comfort and still enjoy the sights. We will definitely be returning to this unit.

Wonderful Oceanfront getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this penthouse on the beach. The accommodations were spacious for our family of 5 and the ocean views were incredible. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and the beach service (umbrella and chairs setup) everyday was an added bonus! The only downfall was construction on the three towers. While ours was almost complete, there were a couple of mornings we woke to scaffolding in front of the balcony, which is to be expected when renovations are necessary. This also lent to the property not being nearly landscaped as well. Overall it was a perfect vacation destination for our family.

Great view-Owner Super Responsive
We love Shoreline Towers - have rented here several times. They're undergoing a massive renovation, so if interruption from construction will bug you just wait until it's done. Owners have no control over construction activities and things change constantly, so your unit may be affected in spite of what your owner or the property manager says, and their best intentions. Once renovation is done, there is no reason to stay away from this property. Location is fantastic, beach is lovely, beach rental crew is great, huge pool that is heated year-round. Nothing bad to say about it at all. This unit in particular is super spacious with tons of windows and a great view. We weren't able to really use the balcony because of construction but it will be awesome when construction is done. View is exactly as pictured online, and the ability to open up the storm doors will be super cool. Owner was super responsive and helpful with the very few issues we contacted him about. We liked the fact that they stocked the condo with lots of toiletries and bathroom supplies - it was a nice touch. Only thing that would keep us from renting again, and the reason we took off a star, was the two extra bedrooms had no window treatments. They have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there was way too much light coming in at night for the kids to sleep well. During the day there were constantly construction workers outside their windows so they didn't feel comfortable taking a nap, getting dressed in the rooms, etc. That won't be a problem once construction is done, but the light coming into the rooms would be an issue for those who can't sleep with a lot of light. Otherwise everything is exactly as pictured and we had everything we needed!

Very nice with a few exceptions...
There were some great, great points to this property and some that were a bit disappointing. The view is million dollar and being on the top floor prevents any noise from above. The unit is really well stocked, especially the kitchen. The access to the beach is very good and the location of the condo is close to many of Destin's fun attractions. The owner's book with recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Speaking of the owner, he was very responsive during the booking process. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely easy. The condo itself is spacious and can easily sleep 8. The unit comes with its own parking spot and two chairs and an umbrella on the beach. There are also extra chairs and boogie boards in a storage unit and that was great. For the "disappointing" part, we felt that the condo was a bit dated . There are older appliances; the coffee pot is a very old Mr Coffee that worked some days and didn't work other days. There are faded pictures on the walls and silk plants that are falling apart. The master bathroom is extremely small and there are only showers; no bathtubs, which could be an issue if you have small children. Both showers have about a 10-12 inch step up to get into. This created a pretty big challenge for one of the people in our party who is mobility-impaired. The beach was another disappointment. Don't get me wrong...the sand and water are beautiful. BUT. It was incredibly crowded. The chairs were jammed together and many of the people around us were chain smokers. It would be great if the condo association made this a non-smoking area. There were many cigarette butts left on the beach at the end of each day. Also, on our first day there, our daughter had a brand new pair of sandals stolen from the shoe rack. We had to go out and buy her a new pair. This sure wasn't what we expected when we paid almost $4000 for this unit. Two other suggestions. We only had one set of keys for the condo and the doors automatically lock. We would suggest having at least two sets available. We also didn't have any contact informtation if things that were broken. Upon our arrival we found that the large glass door on the outside of the patio didn't open and we didn't have any idea who to call to fix it. Overall we had a really nice time so we are giving the experience 4 stars but we hope you will take us up on our suggestions!
