This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a 1 car garage. When you walk in you will see the open feel of the living/dining area with a second living room with plenty of room for kids & pets. The kitchen has updated countertops, new cabinetry and new appliances. The beautiful new laminate flooring flows throughout the home. Both bathrooms have been updated from the flooring to the tile on the walls and comes equipped with a new vanity. Walk out of your sliding glass doors from the 2nd living room to the patio which is perfect for entertaining and you have a great sized fenced in yard for your pet. We are pet loves and have children. The home will have basic childs needs and toys for your furry children. Tarpon/ Greek Sponge docks are 5 minutes from us and infamous for wonderful shopping, dinning & adventures for the whole family.We are also for Offering convenience to Pinellas County's beaches including shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Very Close to 3 parks within 1 mile/' from
famous Clearwater beach is a 30 min drive . Busch gardens theme park 45 min drive. Disney world 1 -1/2 hr drive -10 min to casino boat or offshore fishing boats. Hard rock cafe 45 min also salsa dancing 45 min drive. Additionally, honeymoon island/Howard Park Beach 🏖 are only a quick, few minute drive away.(House gets professionally cleaned and disinfected service done by maid-pro)

Awesome getaway location
We had the opportunity to spend our first family vacation. The location was perfect as it was close to everything but quiet and peaceful. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very nice, accommodating and helpful. This will definitely be our new location for when we travel again to that side of town. We definitely recommend this location.

Nice location, backyard has all kinds of wildlife around the canal: gators, herons, ducks, giant parakeets. House was clean and well stock with linens and kitchen spices. Close by parks are great!

Great house out of the tourist area but still close to everything!
Loved our stay here. Looks exactly like the pictures. Owner was very kind and answered any questions right away. Place was clean and neighbors were very kind! We enjoyed the near by parks and short trip to Tarpon Springs sponge docks! The owner is knowledgeable about the area and has great recommendations. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area. Also lots of beautiful birds coming and going in the backyard.

Holiday Home
John was a great host very prompt with any questions or problems we had. His home was very spacious comfortable and well cared for. The wildlife viewing in the back yard was fabulous. The location was great close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing I can offer is the neighbor dogs barked a lot at first. I think once they got use to us things were way better. Also there were a couple of houses that were a little run down in the neighborhood which is out of Johns control. The neighbors we met were very friendly and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable 2 month stay and would highly recommend this property and also the owner John. I would love to come back for an extended stay. Thank you John.

Spring Break 2021
We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and super spacious. We even fished from the back yard where we spent most of our time. Even our dog enjoyed watching the ducks and cranes fish for their dinner. John was quick to respond to any questions we had and is a great host. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

A-MAZING property for a family vacation
John was amazing + very quick to reply if we had a question. The property was amazing for a family + had all of the 'extras' that a busy mom might forget..like spices, dishwasher detergent, extra ziplock bags etc. Fenced in yard was great for our dog and the wildlife was extraordinary!!! Holiday FL Vacation
Stayed at this property for a month in Jan/Feb 2023. Had a great time. House was clean upon arrival. Any issues we had, which were few, were resolved in a timely manner. Any inquiries to the owner were answered promptly. Several days during our stay we never left the property due to the it’s location on a small pond which was nice for hanging out and watching the wildlife. Kudos to John for being an awesome host. Would definitely stay at this property again!!

Winter storm Elliott!
Unfortunately our trip was canceled because of Winter storm Elliott. Obviously totally out of everyone's control. John was gracious enough to offer us 4-5 nights at a later time. I will definitely be taking him up on the offer. Just got to figure out when. John had outstanding communication and understanding through all of it. Top notch guest service.

Good location for access to fun.
We live an hour north from this location and wanted to spend the week closer to the gulf waters with visiting family. This home was a great landing place for exploring all the beaches and attractions. Key vista is just a few minutes from the house and the gulf beaches 30 mins. House was clean and had what we needed. It is on a small retention pond not a lake. We had fun fishing and watching the water wildlife all week none the less. Neighbors were nice. We locked ourselves out accidentally and owner was quick to help us. We enjoyed the set up of the house. The back bedroom bed is terrible so I would not count that as a sleeping space. My kids opted for the floor because the springs were hurting so bad. Other then that we really enjoyed this little house and would stay again!

Nice little getaway
We enjoyed our overall stay and would visit this area again. For the most part everything was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very punctual and helpful! We do not have any complaints at all about our stay!! We do have some suggestions as far as things that we thought should be updated. The first would be the cookware definitely needs to be replaced and maybe more of it like a simple cookie sheet. The regular coffee pot that was under the cabinet was extremely nasty! I tried cleaning it but it was too far gone (I suspect that most ppl may use the coffee pods anyway). The fence in the back yard is great for your dog but the gate itself was broken and propped with a brick. We have a small 5 pound dog so we could not let her roam out there because she could easily fit through that gate. All in all it was just minor things that needed some attention but we had a really great time and would recommend this place. The host was great!!
