Get ready for an unforgettable family get away at our delightful beach house - perfect for those who love the great outdoors and soaking up the sun! Boasting a prime location adjacent to the stunning Coastal Anclote Bike and Bird Watching Trail, you'll be able to indulge in leisurely bike rides and bird-watching sessions amidst breathtaking natural scenery. The freshly paved trail connects 3 different nature parks on the water and for those who love fishing and boating, Anclote park beach and boat launch are just a stone's throw away!

Our beach house is a duplex with two matching units, each featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra sunroom or third bedroom - comfortably sleeping up to six guests per unit. And the best part? You'll have access to a game room on the first floor, complete with a pool table and air hockey table, and a patio in the backyard that's perfect for grilling and chilling! There is a shared entryway in the front but private entrances to each unit in the back. The other unit is occupied by the property manager so you will be the only guests on the property!

The property boasts a spacious backyard - great for outdoor activities - and ample parking for both boats and cars. And to ensure your safety and security, we've installed security cameras in the common areas, giving you peace of mind while still ensuring privacy within the units.

What's more, this beach house is perfectly situated close to everything pinellas county has to offer but just out side all the hustle and bustle of the city. Just biking distance to the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and a short drive to clearwater beach our neighborhood is one of the few protected nature areas left on this coast!

When you're ready to unwind, each unit comes equipped with smart TVs and a full kitchen - making it easy to enjoy your downtime in comfort and style.

Great Stay
This property is newly renovated. It's just a couple of blocks away from Anclote Park so it's great for a weekend of scalloping. Definitely recommend this property and I would stay there again for sure. Thanks!

Upon arriving at property the house is beautiful. We entered our unit and everything was bright and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues while staying. Great place and close to tarpon springs. Lots to do around the area.

Great location
We loved the place. The outdoor space was fantastic also. There is a bike trail at the end of the road that connects to 3 parks on the water. You can just walk across the street and watch the sunset at the first park. Very close to sponge docks and all the local attractions. Owner was very prompt on answering my questions. Would highly recommend.
