"La camera è affittata per tutto l’anno ma si sono dimenticati di avvisare Expedia della non disponibilità. Siamo arrivati sul posto e si sono giustificati dicendo che c’era stato un errore, quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra sistemazione. Ovviamente non avrò mai il rimborso di quanto pagato. Ritengo comunque Expedia parzialmente responsabile di quanto accaduto poiché non è possibile richiedere il rimborso se non 24 ore prima. Questo però è un caso anomalo e come tale andrebbe trattato "

"Wir hatten nicht die Gelegenheit, in der gebuchten Unterkunft zu übernachten, da sie angeblich belegt war. Der Vermieter holte uns mit einem Taxi ab, dessen Hin- und Rückfahrt wir überteuert bezahlen mussten und wurden von ihm zu einer Freundin gebracht, die eine Unterkunft an einer Strassenkreuzung ohne jegliche Schallisolierung hatte - es war, als ob der verkehr mitten durch's Zimmer fuhr. Wir haben uns dann selbst eine ruhige sehr schöne und eigentlich etwas günstigere Unterkunft in der Nähe...
