"We had wonderful stay at this great cottage which is tastefully decorated to a very high standard and fully equipped with all we needed on holiday. The welcome pack was also lovely and very generous. It is one of the best dog friendly cottages we have stayed in it was lovely and warm had very comfortable beds and the wooden floors downstairs were great for our dogs as well. We booked this cottage for two of our aunts, one uncle our two dogs and ourselves and there was plenty of room for all of us and having three sofas in the sitting room meant we could all sit very comfortably together enjoying conversation and the lovely wood burner. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all we could possibly need and if there had been something else we needed all we had to do is ask Martyn who I met after we arrived. Pre booking there was great communication and all our questions were answered very quickly by Martyn and Sue. We were visiting my Mam who lives nearby so did not do any 'touristy' bits this time but there is loads to do nearby and we can thoroughly recommend Folly Farm (taking your kids is optional!) and Amroth Beach at low tide is great for dogs! There is loads of info about places to visit at the cottage. We thoroughly recommend this lovely holiday cottage and will definitely go back ourselves. "

"Booked at short notice for all 12 of us to attend a tragic funeral. Only criticisms were shortage of cooking utensils, lack of food processor and generally old and poor pots and pans. Also the hot tub was too hot and we couldn’t get it cooler. Otherwise, lovely house and grounds."

"We were selling at an antiques fair in the town during the day and wanted to stay somewhere that night as it was my husbands birthday. The hotel was just down the road from the venue so it was perfect. Our room was upgraded and it was fantastic, can’t fault it. We didn’t eat in because they specialise in pizzas so we went out for a special meal, but the restaurant looked good and was almost full. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereal etc and a choice of cooked meals. Highly recommend "

"I booked the house to celebrate my son’s birthday. 8 in our party ranging from 1 to 57 plus a dog. More than enough room for everyone, the house is enormous and we loved it. The garden is exceptional! There’s even a football pitch and a lake! Absolutely unbelievable! The downside for me was that the house wasn’t spotlessly clean. Lots of cobwebs and looking a little tired in places. The huge hot tub in the garden wasn’t working and has just been left to rot. There are 2 cabins down by the lake but they’ve been left in a state of disrepair. The decor in the lounge is straight from the 80’s. It is an exceptional property but feels like it hasn’t been loved for a while. "

"Lovely setting within easy walking access of a very pretty town. Pembrokeshire beaches are all close by. We opted to take the train to Tenby for the day. Jazznight on in the hotel when we got backbut we were too tired. Breakfasts very good. "
