Misrepresented on VRBO
I would give this property a 2/10, and that’s only because the location was great, otherwise it would have been a 1.
Property manager was fine during the pre-arrival process. Sent an email to BLS during my stay, none of the issues were acknowledged and the response I got was that someone would come look. No day/time of when I could expect someone and no follow-up on whether my issues were remediated. As a frequent visitor to Barbados, I would hesitate to use BLS again. Now, my issues:
- linens were old, faded and very ratty looking
- towels had holes
- drain cap in master shower was off
- stove and oven didn’t work
- place needs a big refresh
Definitely not luxury.
