"Not great communication. No response when asked if early check in was possible. "Hot tub" listed in amenities is actually a jet bathtub (standard tub size) Never have i been charged a cleaning fee and then have the owner expect us to sweep, mop, dust, change light bulbs if they burn out, take garbahe ..."
