"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...
