This is a cosy attic apartment with a little balcony in a two-family house in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac. You can benefit from a tranquil location in a newly built area, to the south of the little Hohwachter forest, on the edge of the Baltic Sea town.

You can park your car free of charge on the parking area on site.

This room affords a beautiful all-round view of migrating birds from the two inland lake nature reserves. Free wireless Internet access is available, so you can Google the different kinds of birds. The living room has a balcony door leading out onto the big south-facing balcony of around 2m².

Shops and restaurants with practically everything you need await you nearby, as well as the fabulous beach within walking distance, passing through a little forest directly to the centre and the beach about a kilometre away.
