"Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean well decorated and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a perfect spot for a stroll in to the town but in a quiet street. Phil and Sonya were great host, gave us great ideas of where to go, sorted a helicopter ride for us too. Excellent stay thanks "

"The motel is a not far from a pub with friendly locals. The town itself isn't remarkable however dining options (including Thai and Indian) and petrol are cheaper here than Franz Josef. The laundry prices at the motel seemed quite reasonable so I used those facilities. "

"Very nice staff, always eager to help. The rooms were freshly painted and clutter free with a sink in each room. There is no closet nor shelving for storing the luggage or hang clothing for longer stays however they might have larger room with storage capacity for extended stays. The laundry facility is superb. The kitchen is large and clean. Highly recommended as it is the only affordable place in Greymouth and it is my j better than other hostels or even hotels in the southern part. "

"It was nice to stay at this property. Owner was super nice even though we have checked-in after their office closed. Nice clean utensils with small kitchen. I did end up cooking for a dinner and a breakfast. Clean bathroom. Only issue was a small parking, but everyone managed OK. "
