Was very hot few days and the fan didn’t work so had to sleep with windows open which was awful as neighbouring apartments are so close there is no privacy and hard to get any sleep with so much constant noise and terrible smells from out the window made it a very unpleasant stay. Very overpriced for the condition and amenities - more like a private room in a noisy hostel than a “cosy” apartment....

The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"The apartment we were initially staying in had the bathroom a floor above the main living/sleeping area, and there was water damage on the ceiling above the bed. When showering, water leaked out of the shower floor and ran down the walls and pooled on the floor of the living area. When we complained of this to the hosts, they were very helpful and allowed us to move to a different apartment unit in the same building. We had no issues with the second unit.
