"When my wife booked this hotel for me we both saw the pictures they posted and it looked beautiful! When i got there i was sent to a building across the street. I entered the building and straight away did not like what i saw. None the less i went to the room. It was NOTHING like the advertised pictures and if i had seen this i would no way have stayed here. I have tried to enclose pictures of the real room offered but the add pictures button is not working. I moved the pillow and found it was not a pillow but a part of a shredded duvet stuffed into a pillow case. There were smear marks of the cover of the bed and the room was aged and looked unclean. There was a public bar underneath my room ope until midnight. But 3 or 4 from the bar decided to stay and talk loudly and laughing underneath my window until after 3am! When i went to pay for this excuse for a room next day, instead of the expected "good morning" i got " did you drink the bottle of water" which they would have charged for. I am nothing short of disgusted with this stay."

"Stayed for a single night on the way from Munich to Zurich. Would not have wanted to stay longer. Everything was clean. Shower had no shower curtain or any way to keep water from getting all over bathroom floor! Because of location of apartment in attic, head space for shower was extremely low. Bath towels that were provided were very small and thin - closer to a hand towel. Lighting was not good. Nice location across the street from a nice cafe/bakery. Place has a lot of potential if more improvements are made - it has a feeling it could be very good with a bit more work."
