Cosy semi-detached house "Bella". 300 m from the centre of Hohen Wieschendorf, on the outskirts, 15 km from the centre of Wismar, 20 km from the centre of Boltenhagen, 1 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2, small garden lawn and wildlife garden. Bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 8 km, sandy beach "Wohlenberger Wiek" 4 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.
2-room semi-detached house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Es war alles Bestens
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was man braucht und die Wohnung war sauber. Es zst dort sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben.

ziemlich enttäuschend
Das Ferienhaus liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer sehr schmalen, verwinkelten Sackgasse. Das Wohnzimmer ist absolut kahl und auch nicht gemütlich eingerichtet und entspricht nicht den schönen Fotos bei Interchalet. Die Klotür quietscht laut (ist besonders nachts toll!), Toaster und Kaffeemaschine tun ihren Dienst nur mit viel gutem Zureden. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter bestand aus einem knappen "Hallo", so dass man sich nicht willkommen gefühlt hat.

Empfehlung!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist mit allem ausgestattet was der Mensch braucht. Ein schöner großer Wohnraum, eine komplette Einbauküche und ein Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Alles gefliest und Lichtdurchflutet. Eine eigene Terrasse mit kleinem Garten ist über das Wohnzimmer zugänglich und nicht einsehbar. Nahe Umgebung ideal für Naturfreunde. Lohnend sind Ausflüge nach Boltenhagen und Wismar jeweils in ca. 12-14km Entfernung und bieten hierzu Kontrast.

Schöne Wohnung
Nach kurzer suche hatten wir die Unterkunft gefunden. Der Vermieter begrüßte uns sehr nett und freundlich und nach dem kurzen Wohnungsrundgang konnte man nur sagen hier werden wir uns wohl fühlen, und so war es dann auch !!! Alles in sehr gutem Zustand !!!!

für Naturliebhaber ideal
Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großzügig Platz für 2 Personen. Wirklich alles da was man braucht. Lage etwas abseits und ruhig - Zum wunderschönen Naturstrand und zum kleinen Hafen und Sandstrand ca. 1 km Entfernung. Wer etwas mehr Trubel braucht kann nach Wismar oder Boltenhagen jeweils ungefähr 14 km fahren.

Ruhig und gut gelegen
Das Ferienhaus hatte eine für uns passende Größe, war recht komfortabel eingerichtet, und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein großer Hund machte unserem kleinen Hund nur etwas Angst. Wir waren sehr schnell zum Sightseeing in Wismar oder Boltenhagen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist Schloß Bothmer. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man bei einem großen EKZ in Gägelow. Leider gibt es dort kein WLAN!
