"Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

"The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this"

Situated within walking distance of town center, hiking trails, and all public transportation, it was the best location to enjoy all of Vorarlberg. "The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "
