"I wasn’t initially planning to stay in Freiburg, however very glad I decided to stay the night. I read many travel blogs about Freiburg, and they all seemed to imply finding modern lodging in Freiburg was fairly difficult, and hotels are kind of my thing. This hotel was in prime location for getting in and out of Freiburg, walking distance to Old Town (I arrived on Rosenmontag - had no clue). Staff was VERY NICE, hotel was clean, and the room was quiet. "

"Very difficult to get to with a private car since it is in a no traffic zone. Would recommend parking outside the no traffic zone with a small, hotel shuttle van."

"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."
