The vacation home in front of the Schöneberger Tor is centrally yet quietly located on the edge of the old town of Hofgeismar, which is characterized by half-timbered houses, next to the old town wall. The detached house, built in 1923 in the Heimatschutz style, has a garden with fruit trees at the back. Towards Schöneberger Tor, a front garden extends to the quarry stone wall with pergola on the corner. It is an ideal starting point for excursions in the Sleeping Beauty town and the neighboring Reinhardswald, but also for trips to Kassel, approx. 25 km away, with Wilhelmshöhe Palace and the Grimm Museum. The bright, light-flooded house is geographically located in the middle of Germany. It offers space for several (small) families (e.g. for a family or friends reunion) in a beautiful, hilly landscape with fields, forest and river valleys, which is within walking distance, as are the shopping facilities (small stores in the old town, delicatessens and a large supermarket). We do not cater for groups of friends (e.g. stag parties). Parking is available directly in front of the house. The cellar can be used for bicycles. The house is equipped with WLAN, kitchen and smoke detectors. The oven and dishwasher in the fitted kitchen are a normal size (60cm wide). On Saturday at about 10 a.m. an e-vehicle from a bakery comes to the street selling baked goods (bread, rolls, cakes, eggs) for breakfast. (External service)
