"We chose the hotel because of it's spa facilities and pool. The spa is not extensive, there is a sauna and the usual treatments available, and the rooftop pool offers great views across the city. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place and next door to the Metro so getting around was easy. Very good standard of room with all the latest pad control with access to services. "I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Beautiful place , cafe and snack bar for an add on perk. very clean and smells good. The best is , no plastic water. Hotel provide a glass bottle with and option to fill regular of carbonated water(nice) . Overall , love the staff and would stay again "
