"Cute and tidy 3 bedroom old railway house. We were able to stroll to restaurants and cafes in town. Kids loved the trampoline. Lovely vintage elements. Great water pressure and heat in the shower. Lovely stay."

"This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. The moment I arrived from central Auckland I felt myself start to relax. Barry was very friendly and helpful. "Family stayed here for three nights 29 Aug - 3 Sept. Was perfect for family with young children. Very comfortable with everything you would need in a well equipped kitchen and cosy relaxed furnishings throughout. Beds were great. Was convenient to all amenities we needed in a great area. Would definitely stay again if required. All communications with owner were timely and accommodating :) Many thanks."

"A very comfortable stay in a quiet location. Despite being in a block of townhouses we couldn't hear any of the neighbours. We had a rental car which made it easy to get to the main city and surroundings. The property is new and well maintained."

"Family stayed while I was in the very near by Southern cross hospital. The home is beautiful, so well appointed, with a beautiful outside deck area and a beautiful garden out the front. Jan is super lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. "
