"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "My stay at Stella was amazing. The host, Shuji, was kind enough to make himself available for when I arrived, to make sure the check in process was smooth. The room was spacious and clean.
