"Hotel great ! Attached bar/restaurant not so great ! Dark haired women in bar/ Restaurant must be rudest Austrian women ever !!! Had to walk into town to eat Saturday evening as restaurant was closed at 2030 ! But found a local restaurant with great staff and food 👍"

"After a very smooth check-in process, we arrived at this lovely home right in the heart of Hohentauern and were pleased to find it exactly as described. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5, and was a perfect “home base” for us as we visited a dear friend and toured the area. Our host, Michal, was helpful and super-responsive. "This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."

"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...
