"A gorgeous location, a small but lovely pool and a fine evening meal were the highlights. Not for the first time in this area the room was way too warm in July. No AC or fan in the room really spoiled the experience."

"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"What a perfect location for our 2 day stay in Merano. Directly in the city center, we walked to all of our activities. Silke was an amazing host, responsive and kind and suggested perfect things for us to do. We hope to be back again soon!"

Highly recommend!

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"
