Whilst the room was very clean and comfortable, the climate control didn't seem to work, and it was a little dated in places, namely the TV and the bathroom could do with an update. The staff are great and helpful and we always enjoy staying, the gym/pool experience was a little disappointing with no towels because the attendant had to stay to monitor children.
