"I had a very nice stay while visiting family in Hoboken. The location is amazing (close to shops and cafes) and the condo was very clean and has great views. The bed is super comfortable and shower was nice. Also enjoyed the kitchen amenities. Great communication with owner. I hope to stay again in this lovely condo! "

"This is our 2nd annual trip with my parents and my daughter & fiancé to see my daughter play volleyball at Stevens. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for my parents so they didn’t have to maneuver stairs. The two bedrooms were separated allowing privacy. The backyard garden was such a perfect place. Mom enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and we ate dinner out there one night. Decorated well to give an urban vibe. Seemed to be meticulously maintained. QR codes around house to give you instructions, please a printed off handbook. Location was great with garage right next door and had a 15 minute space to unload groceries made it convenient. Easy Walk to restaurants on Washington and corner store a block away to get some food essentials. Ohhhh the Keyrig coffee maker/coffee pod combo was the bomb! Had to order one for my mom. Stocked with hair dryer, hair straightener & hair multi wave curling iron. Plus iron and handheld steamer. This host thought of everything down to the Bamboo sheets That were so soft, that my husband loved them so much I had to buy a set for our bed at home. If I could rate this host higher I would! My family wants to stay here again."

"This was a perfect way to catch up with cousins from out of town. We were close to NYC and had a nice kitchen /living room to hang out at the end of the day . Modern and clean. "

"NYC was the first leg of our family’s fall break trip so sadly we only got to spend two nights in Hoboken. Although a short stay, it was wonderful. The check in process went smoothly and AJ was great at communicating the necessary details to access apartment. The apartment was perfect for our family-the grown ups got the bed and the kids each took opposite ends of the sectional couch. The space was compact as expected but well equipped with anything we needed. Bed and couches were very comfortable. Location of apartment was awesome-just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and the Path. I wish the parking options were closer. However, with everything we needed within walking distance, we just left the car in the parking garage during our stay. At the end of our long days in NYC, we ordered Door Dash for dinner and got our food within 30 minutes. We are sad we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you, AJ, for a great stay! 🤗"
