"The operators are on site and are available for any amenities one might need. For those not familiar, this is a century old mansion, including 2 suites located in outbuildings. The exterior area includes many interesting features including a swimming pool and koi pond. The interior has many places to sit and read or meet as a group, including the large kitchen. "We stayed just one night. We were messaged codes for keys the morning of our stay. The guy was quick to answer any questions we had via text. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Theres a mini fridge only but there’s a “Great Room” for guests with a full kitchen, big dining table and a sitting room. Check out was at 11, we locked up our keys and that was that. I highly recommend staying here. I would give ten stars if I could!"

"I stayed in this mother-in-law's attached suite on business and had a good experience. Laurie the host is very accessible, friendly, and helpful. It is quiet and safe as well as being well equipped. It is located in an enjoyable community to exercise. I would recommend this rental and host for your traveling needs."

"When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. After attempting to correct the issues and 4-5 discussions with the staff, they assigned us to another room. That room was very nice. I also checked in at check-in time on Thursday...
