Summary:
"View Studio", a modern, newly built, self-contained apartment just a 5 minute drive from Hobart CBD and Salamanca markets, and only 3 minutes from Wrest Point Casino. This one bedroom, one bathroom studio is a perfect getaway for either a romantic or business trip.

Nestled in Sandy Bay, Hobarts most prestigious suburb, with breathtaking views of the Derwent River.

The Space:
Open plan living with a sofa and large Smart TV, small dining table and chairs, and modern well-appointed kitchen with coffee machine, oven and hotplates, microwave, and fridge. There is large bedroom with a brand-new Queen-size bed, with built in robes. There is a large bathroom off the bedroom with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is also located in the bathroom with a washer/dryer and large sink.

There is a deck wrapping around the studio with the most amazing views of the Derwent River .
The studio has a large reverse cycle air conditioner ensuring warmth in winter and cooling in summer, as well as dual roller blinds for privacy.

Guest Access:
Guests have use of the entire space for the duration of the stay.
The studio is located behind the main house, entry to the studio is through main house driveway. There is no off-street parking, there is free on street parking.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views overlooking the Derwent and Sandy Bay. Very modern inside and excellent communication by the owners. Would highly recommend.
