The Space:
The beautiful villa blends modern beachside style with comfort and elegance. It is designed to usher in natural light and breezes during Summer and hold in the warmth with floor heating in all bedrooms and living areas..
Lower level provides 2 bedrooms with Queen beds both with water views. The master bedroom features an ensuite and built in wardrobe second bedroom has a study desk and office chair and built ins.
On the top floor is the family bedroom with of course a view. the family bedroom has a Queen Bed. and a double/Single Bunk bed, as well as its own ensuite and built in robes. Also on the top floor is another large family bathroom with separate toilet and bathtub
Encompassing the kitchen, living and dining domains, the first floor delivers free-flowing and open social spaces. The kitchen has everything you need including an oven. microwave and dishwasher. There is great dining suite with a extendable table, that leads to the lounge area with a large smart TV,
The balcony leads off the living area is perfect for summer overlooking the sailing boats and the occasional whales making there way up and down the Derwent. At the rear of the property off the kitchen. you can sit and relax in the beautiful, secluded garden.
We provide freshly laundered towels for each guest. Each bed has fitted sheet, pillows and quilt. All linen is freshly laundered.
