Karinya is a spacious, modern 2-bedroom apartment offering the perfect peaceful getaway with stunning waterfront views. Located just a 10-15 minute drive from both Hobart CBD and the airport, this apartment is the ideal base for your holiday or a relaxing retreat in Tasmania.

The apartment is designed for comfort and accessibility, featuring a wheelchair-friendly layout with ramp access. The main bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, a walk-in robe, and a private, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a wide roll-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom, located at the opposite end of the apartment, also offers a queen-size bed, its own bathroom, robe, and a quiet reading nook, giving both rooms a sense of privacy.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas are designed to maximize the incredible waterfront views. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essentials you need to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. As you have secure offstreet parking, getting around Hobart by car poses no difficulty. But for those who would love to discover this lovely area by foot, simply step out of the back gate onto the popular Clarence Walking Trail which follows the shoreline along the Derwent River, or take in the panoramic views from the Natone Hill Circuit. Both of these walks are on Karinya's doorstep.
