Guest Access:
Guests have full access and private use of the entire property. The apartment has private lift access and undercover car spot.

Battery Point is arguably Hobart's most sought-after suburb filled with heritage-listed properties lining the streets and quant laneways. Discover the neighbourhood on foot, by starting your morning with a coffee and pastry from Jackson & McRoss Bakery, just 2-minutes walk from the property.
Venture through nearby Princes Park to Salamanca Place for endless restaurants, bars, art galleries and a range of stores. Salamanca Market is on every Saturday morning for incredible Tasmanian produce and handmade goods.

Getting Around:
Complimentary e-bikes are available for your use. Getting around on foot is easy, with Hobart waterfront and CBD just 10 minutes walk.
Taxis and Ubers are also available to use.
Other Things to Note:
The ‘Hobart’ apartment may come with complimentary use of a Subaru XV manual 5 seater car pending prior approval and availability. Drivers must provide a current photo license, valid in Australia, and credit card details to cover insurance excess, to be forwarded by email prior to arrival. No driver can be under 25 years of age. Drivers must obey all Tasmanian road rules and be able to competently drive a manual car. All damages caused whilst driving the car is the responsibility of the driver. The excess on insurance claims is $1000 payable by the driver. Incident forms will be provided in the glove box of the car. The car is must be returned on-site clean and full of unleaded fuel. If the car is not full of fuel a $3 / litre charge will be incurred. Filling the car with incorrect fuel will damage the engine and also incur an insurance claim. The car uses unleaded fuel only.
Interaction with Guests:
Please note I will not be available in person during your stay. I have a management team in place to assist guests with any questions or issues which may arise during their stay.
