Split over two levels, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, the first level offers simple relaxation and seamless entertaining with the modern kitchen adjacent to the massive open living area and adjoining sun deck. There are two bedrooms on this level as well as a guest bathroom.
The ground floor hosts the family bathroom, separate laundry, common room/ study area, second living area, 2 sun decks and 3 more bedrooms, including the master suite. The massive master suite has stunning views, a walk in robe, private ensuite and sun deck.

Persons under the age of 18 are also the sole responsibility of the guests staying ,the owners and management have made the limitations of safety known to all guests that stay and therefore cannot be held responsible.

The Neighborhood:
Situated an easy 2 minutes' drive to Blackmans Bay beach and or Kingston Beach, 4 minutes to Kingston main shopping centre and 14 minutes to Hobarts CBD. Please be warned you may not want to leave the house, with privacy, views, spaciousness, wildlife and that special something that creates holiday magic.
Getting Around:
For the best experience exploring Hobart and its surroundings, having a car is recommended. Yet, if you require public transportation, there's a nearby bus stop with a regular service commuting to the CBD.
