"Really enjoyed staying at the Heritage Garden Cottage. The location is brilliant for access to Salamanca Place and all of the excellent eateries close by. It's a heritage area surrounded by gorgeous early Australian architecture and steeped in history. The cottage itself is well appointed and very clean and comfortable plus the garden is divine and has water views. "

"First impressions of this property were not great, but once we got inside it was lovely! Comfy beds and nice cozy clean place. Outside however was a different story. Grass was not mowed, garden overgrown, an old car parked there making us think someone was at the house, the yard is a mess, verandah half overgrown by the fig tree. This all made us think we’d pulled up at the wrong place at first. But we still enjoyed our stay it’s in a lovely spot."

"Just loved this place, it has everything you need. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed more. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs, bedroom very comfy and the place is warm, cosy and quiet. Access via laneway and easy trip into the city with a lovely view on the Esplanade walks. Our hosts were gracious, informative and so very interesting - so thank you for hosting us and if we come your way again will definitely stay. "

"Very convenient as it's close to City, Shops. House is sufficient for family and the management was very responsive. Property maintenance can be improved with some more utensils, beds are making noisy as they are not sturdy, kitchen sink taps are not well maintained, hallway is very small (picture doesn't show that its small or there is no information on it's small hallway), car parking is not convenient as it's not easy to fit Kia Carnival.Overall it's great location"
