"The property was clean and attractive. It’s located in downtown Homewood with an easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The door takes a little bit of time to figure out. You need to wait time before you can hear it lock. Some of the door knobs were coming loose. A few of the ceiling fixtures were coming loose as well. "We had a great time (10 of us) staying in this house! The pool was a hit for the kids and adults and we spent a lot of time sitting outside. Super close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for all. The host was helpful and responded quickly. (The road in front of the house is busy and people drive quite fast so just be mindful if you bring pets or little ones!)"

"House was awesome!! Communication was great from beginning to end of our stay!! Loved that we could walk to the beach from the home! The only negative was that the patio over looked a public access parking lot but we loved the house & would rent it again !!"
