"This is our family's second time at the Barn Loft and we will return many times for years to come. I look forward to our next visit to the Belleayre ski area and our next stay at your House. The communication with Susan and Jonathon as always was excellent! Hoping to one day come with more friends and take over both properties at this location!"

"We enjoyed cooking, reading and relaxing in this spacious lovely farmhouse. We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape."

"From the moment I clicked on this property I could not have been more pleased. Every detail was well thought out and process was seamless. The pictures of her home did not do it justice. The house and property were magnificent! So immaculately and comfortably designed, and the grounds were nothing short of picturesque. My family and I stayed for 5 nights and will definitely be returning."

"Cosy room, clean bathroom, useable kitchen with all useful appliances. Loved the back yard with the fire pit. A little bit of a drive from our home but it was worth the effort. I would come again."

"We had another fun stay at the Dancing Horse Farm! The house has been upgraded with a new stove and other amenities. Huge home, to house several large families. Very well maintained and clean. We also visited the near by town for coffee and a nice brisk walk. Overall great time and look forward to coming again!"

"Completely and unexpectedly perfect! We had a spacious room with a little kitchen, 10min from Belleayre. Super clean and toasty warm even when it was 0F outside. Highly recommend!"
