"What a gem of a find. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely veranda. Bathroom was clean - water pressure strong and there is hot water. Away from the busy town area of Tam Coc but walking distance. The area around is peaceful. Staff were very helpful, kind and chatty. I would stay here again. There is a good local restaurant just right next door as well."

"Top notch hotel. Beautiful surroundings. The atmosphere here is the best in town. Short walk to lots of Resturant’s less than 2 minute and easy access to nature also. The best of both worlds."

"We stayed one night at Lotus Field Homestay and it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was quite tasty. It was a 15 min walk to the closet “town” area with plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops to get any snacks needed. The location was off the beaten path and very peaceful and idyllic. The lotus flowers were not in bloom while we were there, however I can only imagine how much more beautiful the landscape gets when they are. Overall highly recommend!"

"Very sweet clean and basic. So picturesque in amongst the huge limestone krasts and walk through the rice fields and then into town. Excellent breakfast and even afternoon tea! Staff just lovely "

"Gorgeous picturesque property. Huge cabana. Kind thoughtful staff. Recommend everyone to stay here if they want a little space and quiet from the bustle. There are bicycles to borrow and motorbikes on property to rent for cheap. "

"We had an amazing time at Nan House! Ha and her husband were incredibly hospitable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the property itself was stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend!"

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "
