Only stayed one night. Great location and excellent value for the area. Only negative is the steep entry stairs, no alternative property access which makes moving luggage in and out difficult. Staff are willing to assist though.

I booked and paid for a window nonsmoking room. Was charged again for same booking & got a NON window smoking room. Terrible hotel. Shame on the hotel for cheating on me and shame on hotels.com for not helping

I really enjoyed of staying at this hotel. The staffs are extremely friendly, helpful, and always have answer for your need. The receptionist Ms. Ha is cute, friendly, helpful, and have bright smile that enlighten my days of staying at this hotel. And also the bellboy is very friendly. Only down side is the elevator, it take a long time to go up and down and hot. I don’t feel the air At all. Everything else are good. Good location and safe as well. Will come back again soon. Hope I will see Ms. Ha again when I am back to Vietnam.
