He really enjoyed our short stay here. They have two full size beds in our room - the only time we saw this in Southeast Asia. AC was good. The staff was extremely helpful and they even offered us a shower after checkout if we needed to wash up before heading to the airport. Breakfast is an order ahead system and we liked the American breakfast option. One minor quibble: would like to see more coffee!

Really nice hotel, the rooms were simple but had everything we needed and were very clean. The staff was very helpfu. The breakfast was good and the location was within walking distance of almost everything. Would love to stay again.

Great little hotel!
I really enjoyed my stay in Piano Hotel. The room was clean and just the right size. The front desk staff was also very friendly! Very nice little hotel, I would definitely book again.

The staff is very attentive and accommodating as they work to give guests a great experience. The location is central to much of what tourists want to see and do in District 1. Overall it's a very affordable experience.

Lovely helpful staff. Fast hassle free check in. Rooms are small but all you need for a few days stop over. Daily included breakfast was very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this small but friendly hotel.

Bijou hotel in central Saigon
This is a great hotel in a very good location, with good amenities close at hand including a laundry and a fantastic café across the road with excellent pastries. The hotel is very reasonably priced but the room was immaculate and the bathroom was fresh and modern. The staff were lovely too, friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Piano Hotel. Incredible service and hospitality provided - we felt very welcomed. In addition to the great location, we appreciated the cleanliness and delicious complimentary breakfast. We will definitely rebook next time we are in Ho Chi Minh!

Fabulous hotel in every way!
An extremely nice, very clean and modern hotel in a great location. The staff were all very lovely and friendly. The room was excellent quality with super cool air conditioning. Breakfast choice was very good and the food very tasty. Overall, an excellent hotel, great value for money, and highly recommended!

The staff are helpful, friendly, and will do their best to help you with any issues or concerns. At any hour. The breakfast is delicious and made to order. Peter was great helping me order dinner. I would gladly stay there again.
