The location is good, just 10min drive to the airport. Room is spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is nice with lots of selection. There is no attractions near hotel area, grab is easily available in 5min.

Some receptionists were not very friendly and did not provide detailed explanations unless specifically asked. I booked a room for three people, but only two sets of bath towels and toothbrushes were provided. The pool was too cold, as it lacked warm water. Additionally, the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel were not refilled prior to check-in. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
