Property location is inconvenient as it’s not in district 1, apartment complex is private residence and not hotel apartment, security staff were rude and / or spoke limited english, unhelpful. No taxi services allowed in complex and staff wont call taxi’s (against residence rules / regulations). I wont stay here again. Room was fine and i had no issues with it, but prefer hotel in future

Kala Millenium bitte unbedingt vermeiden!
Die Buchung über hotels.com wurde durch einen lokalen Broker abgewickelt, der Zugriff auf verschiedene Gebäude und Apartments hat. Am Anreisetag wurde uns dan per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, dass die ursprünglich gebuchte Unterkunft ausgebucht sei und wir in ein anderes Objekt umgebucht würden (Saigon Royal mit niedrigerem Standard, dafür höherer Kommission für den Broker). Nach Insistieren unsererseits war plötzlich doch ein anderes Apartment im gewünschten Gebäude verfügbar – und das innerhalb von weniger als 10 Minuten. Zu unserem Erstaunen wurde keine offizielle Schlüsselkarte ausgestellt, was bedeutete, dass wir bei unserer Rückkehr in der Nacht weder in die Lobby noch ins Apartment gelangen konnten. Der Sicherheitsdienst verweigerte uns den Zutritt, da wir keine offiziellen Gäste seien. Der Vermieter war bis zum nächsten Morgen nicht erreichbar, was unsere Situation weiter verschärfte. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung weit entfernt von dem, was man von einem sorgenfreien Aufenthalt erwarten würde
