The toilet seems to have little flies flying around. One got into my ear when I slept. Other than that, big nice room and and good service. The location is also nice.

Housekeeping is the worst I encountered in all the hotels i ever stayed. No cleaning of floor and always towels and toilteries are not adequately replenished.

Great location and decent service.
It’s well located and a sensible price considering the modern and decent facilities. I was given a room that had some issues and a strange lack of furniture. When I complained I was given a much better room. Same format but correctly furnished and no issues. I would go back but insist that the room was right.

Small number of staffs, but I will visit again!
* Location : 5/5 Center of the Dist. 1, HCMC * Comfort : 5/5 Well prepared. Good sound proof. * Service : 3/5 Every staff is very kind, sincere. But number of staffs are insufficient. When I called some services, about 10~30min. were taken. The longest wait time till some one occurred at my door was 40min. But I think those were caused by insufficient number of staffs. Yes, each staff is just perfect, definitely. * Visit again? : Yes, in spite of service, it is well-designed hotel and very good place to stay in HCMC!

Good service but gym / pool are under construction
The pool and gym are under construction during my visit and there was no remark or reminder when we place the booking. The room, location and service is good, staffs are super nice. But I expected the swimming pool and gym at this price and which I have saw in the pictures.
