"We spent 3 nights at Rhino Sands for our honeymoon. It was the highlight of our trip. The property is tranquil and serene. The luxury tent is well made and has all the comforts of home. It was like sleeping in a luxury suite in the middle of nature. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. The food was delicious. "Safari tents were great (we stayed in one with a bathroom) it was awesome. More like a hotel room in a tent and much nicer than a lot of hotels we've stayed in!! I didn't think the area was that great. One night is long enough to see the Hippos unless you want to do a Safari. Book a small boat, the bigger ones are very touristy."

"On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room @10:30 we called the manager who told us that Eskom is busy fixing it then we asked for candles he brought them @ 11H00 coz he was out. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming especially Musa."
