This light-flooded architect's house is located in the tranquil holiday home area of the idyllic village Lønstrup and stands on a spacious nature plot within walking distance to the beautiful North Sea with a great sandy beach. On the property itself, the small vacationers have enough space to romp and there is a swing ready to play, while the big guests can enjoy the 3 terraces for barbecues and sunbathing.

Inside, the holiday home scores with a friendly atmosphere, which is underlined by the use of many bright walls, large windows and tasteful design elements again. Also in the combined living and dining area, the central meeting point of the house, shows a valuable and cozy decor that invites you to relax. There is a flat-screen TV and an oven in the sofa, this can be played via the Sonos speakers worldwide radio stations, Spotify and Apple Music over the Internet.

Side to the dining area has been housed in a niche, the well-equipped kitchen, in which thanks to the modern kitchen appliances all sorts of culinary delights can be prepared and the way to the dining table is not far away. 3 bedrooms are located in the well-kept summer house, which invite you to an interesting excursion to long slumber. There is a double bed available in the one room, while the other two rooms were each equipped with 2 single beds. In addition, if necessary, another 1 bed on a mattress on the open sleeping loft (Hems) can be used, which is best suited for children / adolescents. The bathroom is very spacious by Danish standards and has a shower and toilet, a soothing Jacuzzi and a refreshing sauna for your personal wellness program.
