"The location of the hotel is right next to the river, a lovely spot to relax. It's not far by car to the Krossbanen (closed for 2024), the Gaustabanen, and the Norwegian Industrial Workers Museum. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are not too many dinner options nearby, but there are some, although youll likely need a car. Breakfast was average. "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable with great service. The rooms are a bit small for 4 people but the kids said the sofa bed was comfortable. The food was great for breakfast and dinner but the options did not change the nights we visited. It is within a hour of a lot of local attractions and found out that the Olympic torch was lit at that location twice. The pool and hotel grounds are great for kids. They have sports and a play ground that includes a zip line. They also have electric car connections for a reasonable rate if you need them. Overall a very nice hotel. "

"We arrived here very late so only had a short experience but it was great. The room was very comfy and a decent size and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip. Really varied and tasty with an amazing view of the mountains. We didn't get time to use the spa or other facilities but it was very convenient for heading up to Gaustatoppen."

"The main doors look like a from the movie where someone was killed a few hours ago. The doors do not fit well and you can feel like there is no protection - light pushing and doors are open. There is a big gap/hole(check the picture). Next to this apartment is located another one and if someone is walking in the small corridor you you can hear and he can know what are you talking about - absolutely no noise protection. "
