"A beautifully appointed house in a fantastic rural location. Peaceful and quiet with wonderful views over the fields and lake. The decking around the house is perfect for enjoying the environment and spotting the wildlife. We enjoyed the firepit/bbq and the gardens. Comfortable and well equipped with many home touches and attention to detail,(coffee pods, chocolates and cold water in the fridge awaiting our arrival.) "We spend the Christmas at this wonderful villa and we had an excellent time.We were 14 people in a combination of both adults abd children. We had everything we needed in the house in terms of facilities and equipment. In a case were we needed something it was provided the next day.Mauritz was an excellent host."

"We were there 25/12 and were given the complimentary dinner and breakfast. Both were very good. Staff were lovely even though they were busy. Somehow managed to hook a room without windows. I would be more careful next time as I did not like that, but it was only 1 night here. A bit claustrophobic for me. Overall a good stay but beware of no windows! "
