"The hotel doesn't exist, I was scammed, I had the worse experience, when I arrived in there the there it was another hotel called portobello and to hear that this hotel does not exist since one year. Fortunately I been told I will get my refund by Joaquin A after so many calls and being on the phone with many agent, I hope I will receive it soon, but the experience was bad ruined my holiday as I was with two young children on the street my holiday had transformed in a nightmare and I had to spend extra money to go back the same night. "

"The property was really lovely. The owner came round when we had issues with the boiler (essentially the fire alarm is very sensitive and knocks the gas off) but he did this within 30 mins, and also replaced the non working kettle that same day. The location is superb and I would recommend anyone booking in to do after 1st June as the area around is in off season beforehand so not much is open. So many lovely tavernas and beach restaurants nearby with high quality food. There are multiple swimming pools with security on site. The spa was a little over crowded despite booking sessions but overall the facilities are excellent. Bolt taxis are minutes away at all times and reasonably priced to get you about if you wish to venture out into the rest of the city (which is a 4 hour walk away). "

"The apartment was just like the picture. We arrived very late and had troubke understanding the contact-less check in. There were instructions in our language but perhaps some editing would make it clearer. BUT we called the host and he immediately answered, even though quite late. He assisted us and went smoothly. Outside was a playground that always full of children, playing and having fun. The season hadn't technically started so the outdoor pools weren't available. The indoor pool was ok for adults swimming laps but children would need a flotation device as its deep with no step/shallow portion for them to rest. On-site masseuse was good and very affordable. The shops all along the promenade looked amazing but they too weren't open yet. So it was quieter than peak season, less crowded. Still options! I felt safe walking to the market daily for meals, enjoyed having ensuite laundry but it was small. So I just did it daily as I like things very clean. They left cleaning supplies in the cupboard which made daily tidying up easy. There was an option for housekeeping to come, but as I cleaned daily, I didnt need assistance. Recommend you take day trip to Enisala catsle ruins, about 1.5hr drive north. Take 5hr train ride out to western Romania and see the castles by Bran and Rasnov. I would recommend this place and would stay again."
