"Request early check in due to one of the family members was not feeling well. They quickly looked for a room for us to checked in. Appreciate theire understanding and consideration. Surrounding got few restaurants which is walkable from the hotel and the food was nice too especially lemon curry noodle. The room was clean and and bed is nice to sleep.We will book this hotel again in future if we travel Penang again "

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her.
