"My mother in law actually had a fall in the bathroom and Alejandra at the Fairfield in the Dalles went out of her way to help us get to her as her room was locked because she threw the latch. Despite that happening we had a pleasant stay there. Just remember to put rubber mats in the handicapped bathrooms. :) Great service!"
