"Clean, great shower, very comfortable bed and bedding. Everything we needed for our overnight stay. We forgot to ask how the hot water is hot immediately. Very nice perk. "

"Everything was great about the property except for how I felt once I was there. I definitely feel uncomfortable with whoever checked me in. It's just how he said what he was saying and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Now this may be policy, but I've never heard of this so I had extra people at my home and I decided that I would just get a room for the night now when you check in it just tells you it said like to guess I'm like OK that's fine. I guess that's what it was when I went to the website once I got there he immediately said you got two and your local. I need to see everybody's ID my guess wasn't even with me for one and for two what does it make or not? When the guy in front of me he didn't ask anything too did not ask him a question. He wanted to see my vehicle and wanted to know my tag number and all of this, but I didn't see the guy in front of me fill that paperwork out and it didn't sit well with me so I stayed for a few hours and I left because I wasn't gonna deal with someone who was going to knock on my door or try to bother me throughout the night and I just was not going to do that . And I feel like if you do have a policy, it should be the way you make people feel when you say it or to me the policy should apply to everyone because I'm local and I have extra people in my home. I have to show everybody ID who's with me that is the craziest thing I have ever heard I paid for it. I paid for it with my card. I didn't pay cash. You have my ID "

"We had a great stay in Clarksville. James at the front desk let us switch our booked room on the 2nd floor for a room on the 1st floor. He also let my wife see the room first so she could check the bed out. He is great at his job!"

"We did not get to enjoy the outside because of frigid temps. There were 2 incidents that happened during our stay. 1. evacuation from the inside because of fire alarms going off, because of smoke coming from pool area. Fire Dept came out. 2. vandalism of several guests cars in the parking lot. Police Dept came out. "

"We were traveling through and choose this hotel due to the reviews and price point. The hotel is part of a casino and gambling complex. The hotel room was new and immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are at the steak house within the hotel and enjoyed a delicious meal. A little pricy but the atmosphere and service were outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel, whether you like to gamble or not. There is not much located in Oak Grove but other dining options are within a 10 minute drive."
