"Its a beautiful place! clean & comfy ...the hot tub was great to have, it couldve been a lil cleaner but wasn't really too bad just a lil wipe down & its all good.. all in all it was nice, especially with the cooler weather in that area, even in july haha A hot tub over looking the ocean, what could be better ...it was quiet and a nice relaxing place to stay..the one thing that was confusing to me was that the pics show a game room which made me think it was part of the unit, but it must be in...

"Unit on property was a little difficult to find. Glad we arrived during daylight as it was behind the main rentals with no signs and minimal property lighting at night. Private hot tub with ocean front and amazing view. Unit was clean and manager was responsive when we called about heater and fireplace not working. Manager had space heaters to accommodate and was understanding of the inconvenience. "

"We were traveling home and decided to stay here for 1 night to repack/reset before hitting the road again. It was a great little spot! We loved the views of the boats and the sea lions. It’s studio style with a twin bedroom. The studio bed isn’t the most comfortable since it’s a Murphy bed style, but it was still great. Bathtub and bathroom were fantastic!"

"This was an annual gathering of friends and former co-workers. We enjoyed the ability to cook a little, eat a lot, and spend time walking on the beach. There is no ocean view, which really is not a problem since we rarely sit and admire the view. The short walk to the beach access was perfect and the hot tub on the deck gave us a space to solve all of the issues we have ever wondered about. Thank you for sharing your space with us."

"This rental had a modern yet cozy vibe. I loved the private pathway to the beach and the views were amazing. The couch was comfortable and the tv had Netflix and prime. The kitchen and bathrooms came fully stocked. Sometimes the tv just stopped streaming due to the connectivity to the internet. The hot tub water wasn’t clean. Within short driving distance to the Sand Dunes. Would rent again!"
