"Once you check-in they provide a little refresher treat which was really nice since we took a train to Kyoto! The laundromat was a life saver and convenient to use. Overall the onsen, the hotel, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Love that it was convenient near stores/shopping mall too (not too far of a walk)! "

"This is such a quiet oasis, walking from the Kyoto station just over the bridge. Need to take a taxi or bus to other locations but the hotel rooms and amenities here are so worth it. "

"Well appointed property in a central location. Short walk to Kyoto station. A nice touch to offer refreshments throughout the afternoon and in the evening. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not partake. "
