The apartment for 2-5 people is located on the 1st Floor of our farmhouse and consists of a cozy fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you can directly access the balcony with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains.
There is also a large table with a corner bench and a sofa in the kitchen.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with wardrobe and washing facilities. Another bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe.

The apartment has 1 bathroom with washing facilities, closet and shower. The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

In the basement of our house there are ski boot dryers and a storage option for your skis and snowboards.

The bus stop is 15 meters from the house. The free ski bus takes you to the new Möslbahn in 2-3 minutes
Ski area Mayrhofen / Penken. There you can also buy ski passes and rent ski equipment.

Other arrival days are possible on request.

Wanderurlaub in den Bergen
Gemütliche ruhige Ferienwohnung in einem Haus, das schon auf ca. 1300 m Höhe liegt. Dadurch hat man einen tollen Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an Nichts. Die Dornauers sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich war mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund zu Gast. Für Wanderer lassen die umliegenden Wanderwege keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, haben die Natur im Gebirge genossen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung, sauber und sehr nah an der Möslbahn
Nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten bei der Suche der Unterkunft haben wir sie schlussendlich mit der angegeben Adresse gefunden. Bei Google Maps und auch auf der Internetseite fewo ist die Nadel für den Standort leider falsch gesetzt, die Adresse hingegen war korrekt. Der Check-In mit Helga lief reibungslos, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns noch weitere Details zu unserem Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung war super sauber, die Küche wirklich top ausgestattet und der Ausblick genial. Die Skibushaltestelle liegt eigentlich direkt vor der Tür, dort fährt die Linie G1, die Haltstelle heißt Li. Der Bus fährt 3 Minuten zur Talstation Möslbahn, dort findet man auch einen Skiverleih mit Depot. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice, welcher von den Vermietern angeboten wird. Die Lage ist wirklich schön abgelegen und ruhig. Falls man jedoch ohne Auto anreisen sollte ist es ratsam, schon alles an Lebensmitteln einzupacken (kein Supermarkt in der Nähe). Sowohl bei der Anreise als auch bei der Abreise konnten wir den Skibus von/zum Bahnhof Ramsau nehmen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und durften noch in den Genuss regionaler Schnäpse mit der Vermieterin Helga kommen, Dankeschön!

Die Lage ist sehr nah an Möslbahn (5 min mit Bus). Die Wohnung war sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit.

Fin klassisk tyroler lejlighed. Flot udsigt til bjergene. Sød og imødekommende vært. Hurtig og lettilgængelig adgang til Mösl Bahn ( ingen kø). Skibussen holder lige udenfor.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub...

Eine saibere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett. Wir bekamen jeden Morgen frische Brötchen und frische Heumilch zum Frühstück. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Mooie woning op praktische en stille locatie
Woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed uitgerust met keukenapparatuur. Prima bedden. Skiraum met verwarming voor skischoenen. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Binnen 3 minuten ben je met de skibus (stopt naast de deur) of met de auto bij de Möslbahn die je het skigebied van Mayrhofen inbrengt. Samengevat: top-verblijf gehad!

Sauber und schön gelegen 1300 m höhe
Alles sauber und schön in einem Seitental auf 1300m gelegen. Doe Wohnung fand ich völlig in Ordnung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Der Fussboden knarrt ein wenig, so das man immer Angst hatte jemanden zu wecken. Aber sonst fand ich es Super.

Entspannter Urlaub im Zillertal
Für unseren kurzfristigen Wanderurlaub in Österreich war die Ferienwohnung ein richtiger Glücksgriff: Ruhige Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf die Ahornspitze und super freundliche Vermieter. Wir würden jeden Tag mit frischen Brötchen, Eiern und Milch aus der Region versorgt und konnten die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen nutzen!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'appartement est conforme à la description, confortable et grand. Le petit éloignement de la vallée (une dizaine de minutes en voiture) est vite oublié quand on découvre les lieux, la vue et le calme du site. Concernant les hôtes, ils sont d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse qui donnent envie de revenir. Je ne parle pas du lait et des oeufs "maisons", un bonheur. Si je peux me permettre un conseil, Helga, il ne faut rien changer. Pour les francophones, il faut tout de même avoir des notions en allemand ou anglais pour pouvoir profiter pleinement des lieux. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen mit Blick in die Berge. Bushaltestelle zum Skigebiet fährt direkt vor der Tür. Ins Tal sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Wir haben zwei Wochen im Januar bei Familie Dornauer verbracht. Das Apartment hat eine super Aufteilung und verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Es fällt einem leicht sich hier wohl zu fühlen. Ein Highlight ist der sonnige Balkon von dem man einen super Ausblick ins Tal hat. Familie Dornauer ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Als unser Sohn krank wurde stand sie uns sehr unterstützend zur Seite. Für Skifahrer gibt es einen Bus, der direkt vor der Haustür abfährt und einen direkt auf den Berg mitten ins Skigebiet bringt. Wer dem Trubel der Skipisten entkommen möchte, kann zu einer der nahegelegenen Jausenstationen wandern, von wo aus man schön mit dem Schlitten abfahren kann. Wir würden dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein angenehmer ruhiger Winterurlaub
Wir verbrachten unseren Winterurlaub zu viert für 6 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und stand uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Seite. Unsere Kinder durften abends mit im Stall zu den Tieren und beim füttern zuschauen, sowie die Tiere streicheln. Zur Piste konnte man super mit dem Skibuss gelangen. Ins Tal brauchte man etwa 15 Minuten, aber kein großes Problem. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Ruim appartement met heerlijk balkon
Fijn appartement op 2e etage met breed balkon, uitzicht op Horbergbahn. Vanaf balkon (overdekt) panoramisch uitzicht op mooie bergen in Zillertal Appartement ligt mooi gelegen aan bergweg met bestemmingsverkeer overdag. Vlakbij bushalte "Lie" in de zomermaanden is er een ruimere dienstregeling, staat niet in folder van VVV. Bijzonder vriendelijke eigenares.

angenehme Wohnung hoch über dem Zillertal
Wir waren zu zweit für 14 Tage im Spätsommer in der Ferienwohnung. Vom Haus aus (1300m hoch gelegen) lassen sich direkt mehrere Wanderungen ohne Autobenutzung machen, die etwa eine Woche ausfüllen. Danach muss man mit dem Auto ins Tal (etwa 15 Minuten) für weitere Touren. Das ist aber kein großes Problem, und man kann gleichzeitig einkaufen. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige und die junge Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. In der Nacht ist es absolut ruhig und die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Lampenlicht in der Küche ist etwas dunkel. Wir können die Wohnung ansonsten ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.
